2020 – Inception

Business Incubator Founded

GAIN Business Incubator launched within Mabo Brand Concept Ltd, exploring agricultural opportunities in Ogun State.

2021 – First Farm

5-Acre Vegetable Operation

Launched first small-scale farm operation with vegetable cultivation, establishing farming fundamentals and supply routes.

2021 – Incorporation

GBI Ltd Incorporated (RC 1779661)

Formal incorporation as GAIN Business Incubator Ltd. Expanded to 100+ acres with maize and soybean as primary crops.

2022 – Estate Model

Farm Estate Sales Launched

Introduced the farm estate ownership model — selling plots to investors with optional contract farming management.

2023 – Scale & Processing

200+ Acres, Processing Facility

Reached 200+ acres under management. Commissioned cassava processing facility. 150+ acres sold under estate model.
